14-Day Trial Period
You may request a return within 14 days of delivery. Returned items must be shipped back to our facility within this 14-day window.
Custom & Handmade Products
All controllers are custom-made to your specifications. Because of this:
- A 15% restocking fee may apply to controllers returned in used condition
- Controllers showing excessive wear, damage, or modification may be refused and returned to the sender
Condition Requirements
Returned controllers must:
- Be in good working condition
- Show no extensive cosmetic damage or abuse
- Be returned without cases or accessories unless otherwise instructed
Non-Refundable Fees
The following charges are non-refundable:
- Original shipping fees
- Rush or expedited services
- Shipping insurance
Return Shipping Responsibility
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Customers assume responsibility for loss or damage during return transit
We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method to protect your return.
