My controller seems to press buttons on its own

A lot of times users accidentally have mods active without being aware of it.

Examples:

-You're in game screen and you pull the RT and the screen goes wild. This means you likely have Rapid Fire on and didn't realize it

-When you pull the LT, your gaming character aims in and out. This means LT rapid fire is on

-When you press X button to respawn, but seconds later your weapon swaps. This means you have fast reload on. When you press X to respawn, it tells the mod to do fast reload which causes the controller to swap weapons momentarily.
